Content

The areas to be inspected will be precisely determined together with you. We shall weight the audit towards your particular needs depending on the category and size of the hotel, the number of outlets and the services to be tested.

Extent

The extent of the audit conforms to the parameters mentioned above and depends on the pre-determined duration of the tester or tester team’s stay in the hotel. The number of test criteria is based on the duration. For example, around 350 questions can be handled during one overnight stay, approximately 800 in 2 nights and up to 1,200 criteria in the course of a three-night stay. Besides the mathematical evaluation, you will receive a report in which each area inspected is commented upon in detail and supported by extensive photo documentation.

Determining the parameters

The weighting of each individual test criterion and the evaluation key will be determined in consultation with you. In this way, a basis is created which is decisive for an assessment in an incentive / bonus system.

Each following day: EUR 825.00
