The following requirements are needed:

   • At least 5 years of professional experience in a leading position in the hotel industry
   • Excellent German skills, fluent style of writing
   • Sound PC knowledge (MS-Word, Excel, 10-finger system)
   • Must own laptop, car, digital camera, digital dictating machine
   • Accurate assessment of situations
   • Critical and analytic skills as asset
   • Clear and concise record keeping
   • Independent, flexible, eager to travel
   • Minimum age: 30 years
   • Available at least 6 months of the year

In order to obtain an impression of your writing and observation skills, we require a detailed critique of a restaurant recorded on 2 pages of DIN A 4 paper to be submitted along with your application documents (photo!).

Applicants with excellent written and spoken English should send a working sample in both German and English.
